Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) The Central School and all of Glen Rock Schools have high expectations for student behavior. Please read Mr. Matteo's letter about the new state guidelines for Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) and how they will be implemented at Central. Also, please review his Above the Line letter about "Above the Line Behavior" guidelines for the upcoming school year.
