April 3: Last Day for Changes to Course Requests
- Teacher recommendations will be available for review in the Genesis Parent Portal on February 12th.
- Teacher recommendations are accessible by clicking on Scheduling at the top of the page and then selecting the Requests tab
- The Course Level Advancement Appeal for the 2024-2025 school year will be available on February 12 and due by April 3 at 3:30 PM. Details regarding this online appeal form will be emailed to families and students.
To best prepare for the individual course request meeting, we recommend:
- Reviewing course descriptions and prerequisites in the 2024-2025 Program of Studies (see Quick Links below)
- Reviewing teacher recommendations for the 2023-2024 school year.
- Completing the grade level Course Request Worksheet (see Quick Links below) before meeting with the counselor.
- Reviewing the Video Catalog (below) of GRHS electives.
